HAPPY THOUGHTS!
Hello People! Its the hols now... At last i have the time to do the different things that i wanted to do now Like watching all the shows from morning till night and have more time to play bowling with a clear mind. Well this morning, I have watched this show called the Dr's It is a very interesting and informative show With 4 great doctors conducting the show, sharing the different information of what i happening in the body, what we should do and what we should not to stay healthy. Today's topic is on our immune system which i have learnt it in the past 15 weeks in RP Well on how colouring in food decreases our immune system, does frequent usage of anti bacteria soap/ hand wash/ hand gels are good for us and many many more.. But they lastly, at the end of the show said that no matter what the best thing to keep your immune system strong and have a healthy body is to have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE. So i hope the running picture above of think happy thoughts will help. :) Well in the show they have also sad that when you are having a sudden vacation/ rest from all the stress like during the holidays, you will be prone to have something called Leisure Sickness. They said it and i have it. :\ Yesterday it was a terrible day Had gastric early in the morning Then i still went to school for the Tai Hua Soya Sauce factory visit Vomitted many a times yesterday And ended up having fever Bad bad To prevent and end the leisure sickness thing, i have gotten myself a job!!! And it will be starting tomorrow. Which means, MONEY will be flowing in into my pockets!! YES! Woohooo! But that will also mean that i will have to skip one whole month of bowling training with school. Hope my bowling will still be as good as this past saturday's PBC master's event! Shall rest more for now as i have not fully recover from my gastric! TATA! |
